I think that you have a very solid thesis. Memorization in schooling has always been a huge problem because memorization is only stored in our temporary memory. Your quotes were great for backing up your thesis. You may want to use a different word other than diversity, maybe something along the lines of teaching style. You could also include that West Chester tries to enforce a teaching style which strays away from memorization.

Positive: We completely agree with the memorization aspect. It seems like teachers only give us information to memorize and not learn from it. It is a very controversial topic and can have great impact.

Negative: We think your quotes are very strong, however, when you mentioned the “diversity” of students to teachers, we are not really sure where the quotes fit into the diversity aspect of the thesis.

It’s a great topic to talk about because we still see how the older Banking concept is still used in some classes today.

I do also see that this was more or less covered in a lot of detail throughout the discussion groups, or at least the ones I was involved in, so I feel like it might be a little uninteresting to some readers because they would have seen it already, unless you have some twist of some sort to put on it with your own ideas which could make it more interesting.
