weekly discussion week 3

Richard Walther and Donald Lessing

Today we talked about how teachers can be ignorant to students because of differences in the way they grew up and saw things play out in life. many teachers have a routine, which in most cases is helpful for the teacher and not always the student. the way they grew up learning is most likely the way that they will teach, but is this really the best way. many teachers don’t even try to change the way that they rely information to students because it usually means more work for the instructor. the fact that every student learns in different ways should be an eye opener for a teacher to try to incorporate other types of learning methods to better help the students learn and prosper in the classroom.
