Thesis: Freire recognizes that the banking concept of education won’t work, the solution isn’t the teacher but the student’s power to receive their freedom. Here at West Chester University students must gain this freedom through Freire’s problem-posing education by engaging in group projects to emphasize communication as well as using information to learn that is important to their own reality.

Positive: Your thesis is very strong and proves a good point. Communication is very important for all aspects of life.
Negative: Maybe have more ideas on how to create communication instead of just in group projects.
Leah: It is important for students to become comfortable in the classroom. Learning to communicate with others in the classroom is very important and is in the students power to do so. I agree that teachers and classes should teach information that will be important in a students life. The quote about how someone is taught is a good white in support of used really support the thesis because learning comes with experience and time.
Riley: You presented your topic very well and I think communication in schools is very important because it also plays a role in communities and later on in life. Good job with your quotes they back up your thesis well.
Amanda: I think your concept could be better if you talked about the process of the procedure in how to achieving it. How would you create more communication other than group projects?
Gabby: Communication is key to creating the best college experience one can have not only inside the classroom but also outside, so this thesis is very strong.
positive- it is important for students to be able to apply the information they learn into reality and group projects would definitely be beneficial in improving communication between students.
constructive criticism- Although Freire states that teachers are not the problem, how will students benefit from the information being taught to them if the teachers do not make the information relatable to the students?
The quote being used about authentic thinking and reality is a good quote to support that information needs to be relatable and applicable to real life for it to be beneficial.
